To start off this very busy week ahead for me, I wanted to welcome all my new readers!
I've recently hit my first goal to grow my blog and I will be doing my very first giveaway on True Colours in a week or so, so stay tuned! I also have some great {Favorite Places} posts lined up while I'm in Hawaii this week, a couple places I hardly ever post on!

In the meantime, I've had a very hectic week and this one will be no different with lots going on ahead. I've been thinking a lot lately about the next 3-5 years down the road, plans Nick and I have and things we want to do in the next era of our lives. I've been feeling restless lately, not a new occurrence for me, but all the same, I'm ready to start looking toward some of my goals and dreams.
I'm trying to find my place, in life and work and relationships and as I get older I'm realizing more and more how few people in life we really do connect with. I'm so lucky to have found Nick so early in my life because without him, I truly would be lost. So many in my life have turned out to be such different people than I always thought and as I move forward, I know our life path is only going to push us further and further away from those things we thought we knew so well.
So as I move forward through a very busy week, I thought I'd leave you with a few quotes that I'm finding inspiring at the moment. I hope they instill the same inspiration in all of you as they do me and we may all push through together.

ReplyDeleteLove these quotes. I know exactly what you mean about being restless about figuring things out - I went through the same thing not long ago. Just don't lose faith in yourself and the quality of the decisions you've made this far in your life! Have a wonderful time in Hawaii... looking forward to your giveaway!!
